Video Recommendations

JAGGAER now offers Interactive Videos to help customers learn about new product functionality. The minimum requirements to watch these videos are a web browser and an internet connection. See below for a list of requirements and recommendations for watching these videos.

• Video plays on latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, and IE 9+.
• If the YouTube videos are giving you a message “Access to this video is restricted” contact your IT department on allowing YouTube on your network.
• If you are having trouble streaming, try using a wired connection or closing other applications.
